Once order has been made, item will not be refunded, please confirm your item before make the order.

Under normal condition, after payment is made, the goods will reach within 3-5 working days for Peninsula Malaysia and within 5 -7 working days for East Malaysia.

Working days are followed according to Kuala Lumpur Calendar, excluding the local public holiday and not including the payment date.

However, due the recent Movement Control Order, we have temporarily stopped the delivery to some areas in the East Malaysia region and there might be some unexpected delays in the delivery process as well.
